Cameron Highlands

Explored around the town of the Cameron Highlands today

Took a long walk down a bendy road taking in the natural beuty before becoming very tired and hungry, so hitchiking in the back of a pick up to town and getting a well deserved curry for lunch

This place feels very homy and peaceful, i like it alot here

Explored around more and booked a tour for tomorrow before sinking a few pints of carlsberg, feels even more like home

Calm past few days exploring in areas around the tower, eating good currys as always and seeing the beauty of the city

Alongside staying up very late 5am talking with a number of interesting people at the hostel, been a calm past few days

My birthday tomorrow, up the the KL tower and what is hopefully not an expensive night out

Batu caves

Today we got a grab over to the Batu caves

Incredible beauty first seeing the huge steps we had to climb followed by the temple that lies within the first cave with vibrant green plants growing out of it

Just next to it was the dark cave conservation sight where we paid £7 to go on a 45 minute tour through it, home to some crazy rock formations along with millipedes and trap door spiders. At the darkest points of the cave our tour guide would make us turn all our lights off so we would be in complete pitch black, we waved our hands infront of our faces and saw completely nothing, it was a very cool experience

A knackering day of climbing shit loads of steps followed by an amazing Indian veggie meal yet again, very much enjoying Malaysia

Back to China town for the night market later
